Edit Targets.

Edit any cell inline and hit Save, or paste a CSV below to replace the whole table. The Stats Dashboard reads live from here. Every save is versioned with your name in the audit log.

Leave a cell empty to clear that month's target. Cell highlighted red = current month.

Membership model.

The month-end Membership targets above, made scientific: start with the paying base, keep retention's worth of it, add the credit members whose billing starts that month, and the gap to the target is the new members the month must find. Retention is set per month in the first row — the default above fills any month you leave blank. Churn applies to the credit pool too, so some credits scheduled to start billing never make it back. Assumes each month's target is met, so every month starts from the previous target.

Credits starting = members from old memberships whose next bill date lands in that month (editable — reconcile against the Current Growth Network smart list sorted by Next Bill Date). New members needed is calculated — it saves with the rest of the table and shows on the Targets tab.

Import CSV.

Bulk-replace all targets. Paste a CSV where the first row is program,2026-07,2026-08,…,2027-06 and each following row is one program with its 12 monthly numbers (blank cells allowed).

Launch targets.

Set the goals for each launch (webinar, promo, etc.). These appear on the Stats tab next to the live actuals until the Show on Stats until date passes, then the launch drops off the Stats view automatically. Editable by you and Suzi anytime.
