To toggle an event as "key" (conversion) or create a new one, go to GA4 Admin → Events ↗.

What each of these means.

Total users — unique people who visited the site in the window. GA4 counts a person once even if they visit multiple times or from multiple devices (using its own signals).

New users — first-time visitors in this window. Someone who came for the first time this week counts here AND in Total users.

Sessions — visits. One user can have many sessions. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity or at midnight.

Engagement rate — % of sessions that were "engaged" (lasted 10+ seconds, had 2+ page views, or triggered a key event). GA4's healthier replacement for the old bounce rate.

Avg time / session — average seconds a session lasted (engagement duration ÷ sessions).

Key events — actions GA4 has been told matter for HerBusiness. Set in GA4 Admin → Events → mark as key event. Examples: lead magnet download, workshop registration, membership purchase, contact form submit. Currently tracked: /august26 is firing correctly (11 key events on 19 users → 58% conversion). Most other pages show 0 key events, which is either accurate or means the event isn't set up on them yet.
